Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Training and Technical Support
Graitec offer a range of affordable Robot training courses and technical support to suit all levels of users including training courses for beginners new to the software, through to advanced Robot training courses and individually tailored mentorship consultancy for end users with more experience or who want to focus on a particular design analysis challenge or specific program functionality.
As original authors of Robot Structural Analysis software, training is delivered under the guidance of one of Graitec’s Structural engineers who have years of worldwide experience in delivering Robot training, technical support and mentorship to end users and engineers working on simple to very complex design analysis challenges.
Training can be delivered in a variety of forms to suite your requirements which include classroom based training either at one of our training centers or on site at your premises for standard or advanced courses. Alternatively, we can also offer Robot training online by the hour in bite size chunks where you can choose which particular subjects you would like to cover by selecting topics from our standard courses:

Robot Consultancy
Course Title: Robot Structural Analysis Mentorship Consultancy
Course Duration: Defined by customer requirements
Course Outline:
Our Mentorship consultancy is geared to very customer centric requirements so is extremely flexible giving you the option to guide the outcome of your session(s) or even use your own models as the basis of the consultancy.
This could range from guiding a user who has perfect knowledge of design codes and has completed only basic training but wants to get a better understanding of best practices and projects workflows using Robot Structural Analysis software. Through to mentorship for more advanced users who perhaps have a particular project such as office building or even football stadium and are experiencing some issues for example during meshing, nonlinear analysis etc. that need to be solved for the best outcome/result.
Mentorship Consultancy using client models or projects may require additional analytical work with customer’s models to be sure that all end users requirements can be fulfilled.
Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Technical Support
Graitec’s Robot technical support team deliver help and support to users across the globe on a daily basis and we offer two distinct levels of support which are basic and extended.
Basic technical support is predominantly geared to IT related issues to help clients deploy their software or deal with licensing and basic configuration issues, whereas Extended technical support is geared to helping cover user issues.
Both of our Robot technical support packages run for a duration of 12 months or 10 hours (whichever comes first) and are available at a very competitive price point. Support is not restricted to a single user, but can be used by any member of your team so you get the maximum benefit for your spend. If you use all 10 hours, then you can simply purchase a further 10 hours as required.
Typical coverage is detailed below:
Basic
- Software installation
- Hot fix, Service Pack installation
- Licensing problems;
- Network license configuration;
- Basic software configuration
- Bugs registration .
- User Autodesk Account maintenance
- Graphic card issues
Extended
