The Autodesk subscription center is the main hub to manage Autodesk software, access software upgrades and software extensions, so it's quite important to make sure users and subscription contract managers have access to this and also understand exactly how it works.
Autodesk increasingly provide added value software extensions that are only available to clients on subscription, but this could be a wasted benefit if you are unable to access them in the first place.

It may be however that the information you need may not be contained in the video, you are still unable to download your upgrades or extensions as you may not be the contract manager, or you may be unable to log in to your account for some reason.
