We currently have vacancies for two Digital Marketing assistants to support our Polish and German branches
The roles are entry level Digital Marketing positions based in our Southampton Office that will involve working with our growing Group Digital Marketing team, helping in the roll out and development of the groups local language specific websites, enhancing our social media presence and building local brand awareness in the target market countries.
The position will be ideal for candidates with limited experience or looking for an entry level position in a successful business, to develop their digital marketing skill set.
The prerequisite for the role will be excellent written and verbal language skills (English and native local language), basic understanding of social media (primarily Twitter, Linkedin, FaceBook, Blogging etc.) and the ability to use web based portals (Web applications).
The successful candidate will have a positive outlook and desire to pursue a marketing career as well as a willingness and commitment to understand our market place and the industry sectors we work in.
Basic Photoshop (or similar) skills would be an advantage but are not a base requirement. Ongoing relevant training will be given to successful candidates.
Typical daily roles will include:
- Research of country specific industry social groups
- Social media posting on country specific social platforms
- Translation of English text into country specific language
- Uploading of blog posts and pages onto country websites
- General local marketing activities

The internal support engineer will be responsible to the Technical Manager for the internal support of Autodesk software.
This role is responsible for resolving customer issues reported to us via phone, email, chat, web, online forums, and other social media channels.
In addition to reacting to customer issues, specialists also engage in a variety of proactive support activities; developing and presenting webinars, hosting Q&A sessions in the forums, and publishing technical articles.
Our ideal candidate is an energetic, tech savvy and customer-focused professional with an engaging personality and excellent communication skills no matter where the customer conversation takes place. They can look past symptoms to determine root cause, make timely decisions on problems/issues requiring immediate attention, and take responsibility for their own performance and actions.
The candidate should have a very good level of experience in AutoCAD. Other CAD/modelling packages will be an advantage.
Principle Duties Include:
- Technical Support
- Respond to support requests via multiple channels and following documented processes.
- Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff as required.
- Research, verify, and document product defects.
- Actively manage personal backlog of support requests.
- Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on Progress.

- Create and deliver support webinars.
- Host and moderate periodic Q&A sessions in the Discussion Forums.
- Capture knowledge in the process of resolving customer issues and publish online to serve other customers with the same issue.

Revit Structure and Engineering Software AE based in Southampton
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Revit Structure and Engineering Software Application Engineer to join our expanding team.

As a Revit Structure and Engineering Software Application Engineer in a mobile role you should have specialist knowledge from within the structural, engineering & construction industry and have associated Autodesk product knowledge. You should have a minimum of a BEng in Civil/Structural engineering at 2:2 or above and a minimum of 2 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit. Experience in Analysis and Design software would also be beneficial.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation & delivery of pre-sales technical product demonstrations of various Autodesk and Graitec UK software products
- Delivery of training courses on various Autodesk and Graitec UK software products

If you enjoy showing technology and helping customers maximise their return on investment then we would like to hear from you. You will provide technical support, training and consultancy and aid the sales process by way of validating the software.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and to set targets. Covering the UK, this is predominately a field based role. Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure is needed but full training and support will be given.
